| How are tenants matched to agents apartments? |
|
| When a tenant registers, Allspaces.com identifies
their renting requirements to match their
needs to its apartment database. Their search
will take into account a variety of criteria
including geographic location, price range,
and many other factors. The system will
then choose apartments meeting the tenants
requirements. All tenants selecting to view
your apartment will pay a subscription fee
to Allspaces.com. After completing the payment
information the tenants will complete an
application online to be submitted to you
for approval. |

| How do I get new tenants? |
|
| Allspaces.com's system is a 3-step process: First,
you will receive an email and phone call
notifying you of a new tenant opportunity.
The email will contain a link to your profile
where you can view tenant applications,
appointment scheduling and the apartment
information. At this time, you can choose
to accept the appointment – by clicking
on "accept", “reschedule”,or
pass on the opportunity by choosing "decline".
You will also be notified by Allspaces.com
by phone within 24 hours from the time the
notification was sent. The prospective tenant
will be also be notified by e-mail and phone
for all appointments. |

| How do I view the tenant information? |
|
| Once you click on the "member login"
link on the home page, you will be asked
to enter your username & password. You
will than come to your personal profile
page where you can view, modify or set appoinments
on any prospective tenant applications. |

| How do I update my profile? |
|
| Simply click “member login”
and after entering your user name and password,
you will see your profile page which contains
a link to "Edit your Profile".
You can update as many fields of information
as necessary, and click on "Submit"
to make the changes effective immediately.

| Will tenants see my profile information? |

| No! Once an tenant is matched with an
apartment, the agent is sent an email containing
a link to the tenants application information
and preffered appointment times. |

brokerage firm. Allspaces.com is an online
marketplace for consumers and businesses
